  For your comfort

At EID – Exclusively Implant Dentistry and Oral Surgery; we provide for your comfort and relaxation. Spacious and modern and located on the upper level of the Victoria House Medical Centre, you may either take the lift or if you prefer take a single flight of stairs which leads you directly to our front entrance and reception.

Our receptionist will welcome you and ask you to fill in necessary forms outlining your personal details and medical history. Of course, this information is treated as private and confidential. Whilst we endeavour to be ‘on time’ if there happens to be an unavoidable wait you will be offered tea or coffee or a cool drink and a selection of modern magazines to read.

The initial consultation is carried out in our ‘consultation room’ which has a conventional dental chair to allow a visual examination. X-Rays if necessary may be taken using our modern digital equipment allowing for immediate viewing on computer. A separate waiting area with a TV and monitoring equipment is available for patients attending for a procedure in our modern ‘operating room.’ This is to provide you with privacy immediately prior to and immediately following your operative procedure. One of our dental nurses will attend to your needs while you are in this area. If you are being sedated for your procedure or require monitoring, for your comfort and safety you may also be attended by a medically trained registered nurse. Following completion of an operative procedure and suitable recovery you will be discharged back to our reception and main waiting area to attend to accounts and confirm further appointments before being escorted to the lift and allowed to go home.
